ColourBrain® inspection systems automatically detect defects, monitor the production process, check wood fiber boards and chipboards, furniture boards directly after lamination and check each flooring plank and furniture element for the smallest surface and edge defects. We will be happy to show you installations of systems for inspecting the following: Melamine coated or lacquered furniture parts, Chip & Wood Fiber Boards after sanding, laminated MDF or HDF boards in shortcycle press lines, HPL or CPL films or boards, Carcass elements and fronts, Decor papers or foils. The Q-Brain® classification system automatically assigns each defect in the process to its cause and creates the conditions for process analysis and process optimization. Q-Live® networks our ColourBrain® systems together and records the quality of products around the clock - per shift, per product and per production batch.

impressive inspection results: Surface defects such as bubbles, dents, fine scratches or shiny spots are precisely recognized in their smallest size - whether in, diagonally or transversely to the feed direction. An optional drill hole monitoring also checks for the integrity of drilling holes and profile deviations of grooves.
