In 1985, the chemist Helge Ortwin Schumacher founded the company LEINOS Naturfarben. His goal was to make an innovative contribution to the development and production of toxicologically safe and ecologically high-quality natural paint products.

Since then, LEINOS Naturfarben has been engaged in the development of varnishes, glazes, oils and waxes, wall paints, fillers and plasters as well as cleaning and care products. In line with the company's objectives, all these products are manufactured exclusively from natural raw materials or nature-identical substances.
